Rules of the game
Welcome to the fifth edition of the RGA Matchplay competition, which will be played in an elimination system, to crown the RGA Matchplay champion. Thank you for being a part of the competition.
The RGA Matchplay 2023 competition is limited to 128 players (for the individual competition) and 64 teams, on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for the competition will be done on the am.golf website. Please follow RGA on the am.golf app to stay informed about the event and to be able to register. Registration will be closed on May 25, or earlier if we reach 128 registered players and 64 teams.
The draw for the matches will be held between May 26 and 31.
For each round, deadlines are set by which the matches must be played. The results of the matches must be sent to the email address: office@romaniangolf.ro, by the following deadlines:
Individual competition:
First round: July 3, 2023
Second round: August 7, 2023
Third round: September 4, 2023
Fourth round: October 2, 2023
The results will be displayed on the am.golf app.
The quarter-finals, semi-finals and final will take place at Bucharest Golf Club between October 13 and 29, 2023.
